Set goals: As a leader you have the set goals, have something to aim for.- Sometimes you need to break before you shine. Like a glow stick Richie McCaw broke before he shone. He lost the World cup and that kind of broke him.
- However after coming back from that he achieved great things!
- Take risks: If Richie McCaw never took risks he may not be where he is today.
- Never give up: Richie Mccaw never gave up on his dreams because people told him he couldn't do it, he just proved them wrong.
- Success is a lousy teacher: In the movie he talked a bit about this. If you always succeed you'll never learn anything new.
