The Fault In Our Stars is a really sad story. It is about a girl named Hazel who is living with Cancer. She has a battle to fight, Cancer, and is in hospital lots. Her parents sign her up for the local support group, where she makes new friends, named Isaac and Augustus. Hazel likes Augustus and they hang out a lot. Isaac has an operation to get the cancer out of his eyes, but then it leads to both eyes out, and Augustus doesn't exactly have Cancer, but he used to. But when Augustus goes in for a scan, he finds out that Cancer didn't all go away. This is a great book for people that like tragic love stories. 
I  rate this book 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

Crime seen 
This book is about a boy named Harris. He has a hobby it is murder. Just reading about it that is. Most of his friends are into sports or computer games but Harris is fascinated by death especially violent death. So Harris is eager when he gets to do work experience at a forensics unit. Until a certain murder case starts and gets way to personal. It is a great book.

When Our Jack went to war
This book is about Jack McAllister's time in the war. He sends letters to his brother Tom in New Zealand. Jack's letters home reveals the harsh realities of war and battle. This is a book about Jack McAllisters as they respond to the devastating events of the first War. Their story is typical of many other families.  Personally I like to read books on the wars.

This book is based on a couple who like to play pranks on each other. Like making Mrs Twit think she is shrinking. Then one day their animals turn on them. To find out what happens read this book .

Scarlet ibis

This book is based on a girl called scarlet and her brother Red. Red Loves Scarlet Ibis birds. The talk about going to Caroni swamp. They live in a apartment. But one day there apartment caught on fire. Red had a little bird resting on the edge of the window of the apartment. Their mother is ill from the accident so Red and Scarlet go into foster care but into different foster care. Will scarlet do anything to get Red back??

   This book is  based on Jack Gruener's life in World War 2. He was 10 when the World War started. He is Jewish. He lived in a chicken coop at the top of his  apartment building in Kraków . He lived in the chicken coop because his flat got too crowded and the soldiers didn’t come up to the rooftop to check up there to see what was in the coop. His family gets taken away and he is the only one left. He got taken. He goes to 10 concentration camps. Life was tough It wasn’t easy to survive. But he did. It included  how he had a secret Bar Mitzvah in the basement. His Father and him sneaked to the bakery and got fresh bread. He hides in the floors from Amon Goeth. He does everything to survive. He works in the Salt mines and other places. He even goes back to his chicken coop after the Germans gassed Kraków.

I read this book as our Book Club and It  is about a boy named Josh who used to be really popular at his old school in the city. He moves to a small town called Tarawagga. He calls it an absolute dump. At some time's there will some swear words but over all It's an amazing book. It also tells you how things can change so quickly. But in the end he ends up liking it and it isn't so bad after all.

This book is base on World war 2. An English flyer comes down in the trees at the top of the hill. A tall skinny man emerged from the bushes. He has a flying coat over his shoulder with a slight limp in his leg.Simone and her family have to lie to them safe.
