Leadership

This year I was lucky enough to be apart of different teams. I was honored to become a leader as well. I think that the best leadership qualities are being well mannered all the time and being honest all the time. You need to have passion and actually want to do it. I encourage people to do the right thing. If you see the image below with leadership comes responsibility, Challenges, Strategy, Team work and vision. You always have to have a goal to achieve by the end. Thinking about the presidents in America when Barrack Obama became president he had challenges which he had to overcome with strategy and motivation. It's the same in life.
